The London 2024 Ontario Summer Games presented by London Hydro are almost here and it’s time to get excited! It all begins on Thursday, August 1st with the Opening Ceremony at Western Alumni Stadium. Check out this guide we’ve put together to help parents and spectators enjoy the show.

Thursday, August 1st, 2024

Location:
Western Alumni Stadium, Western University (100 Philip Aziz Ave. London, ON)

Time:
Doors open to the public at 5:00 pm with the ceremonies kicking off at 6:00 pm. The ceremonies are expected to wrap-up around 8:30 pm.

• Athlete’s Parade
• Greetings from City of London, Province of Ontario, and London Hydro
• Guest appearance by 3-time Olympian & Tokyo Olympic Flag-bearer for Team Canada, Miranda Ayim
• Performance from JUNO Award Winning Artist Rêve!

Cost:
This event is completely FREE and open to the public, so make sure to show up early to get the best seats! No tickets are required.

Parking:
Parking is also free and is located at Huron Flats. Overflow parking is available at South Valley. A map of campus and parking locations can be found HERE. Road closures will be in affect along Philip Aziz so please enter campus through Lambton Drive or University Drive. We expect parking to be busy so please try to arrive early.

Vendors:
Official Ontario Summer Games merchandise will be available for sale at the Opening Ceremony. Be sure to stop there and visit all our Ontario Summer Games sponsors and vendors. Concessions will also be open and available.
